Is My Fare available on all devices?
We've recently added an online trip booking tool. This tool is available for desktop and laptop computers, as well as Apple and Android tablets or mobile devices. Our uniformed Calgary Transit peace officers are highly trained and skilled professionals, who help ensure you get home safely every day. They patrol our transit systems 24 hours, seven days a week, proactively preventing disorder and providing help in emergency situations. Starting Monday, March 8 through Thursday, June 1, 2023, stop #6566 located on southbound Dalton Drive @ Dalhousie Drive N.W. Will be temoprarily closed to accomodate construction.
An accessible van that accommodates a wheelchair is available. There is an option to select this service when booking a ride. If we’re unable to provide a ride within 60 minutes of your requested time, you’ll be notified that we can’t provide a trip at this time.
The TD Free Fare Zone
As with regular public transit service, the driver does not assist you in entering or exiting the vehicle, or from door-to-door. When a ride is requested, you’ll be given a 10-minute pick-up window. If you have a smartphone with the app, you’ll be able to see where the bus is and where it is expected at the pick-up location.
Please note that ticket transfer is not possible if you do not have a City of Calgary MyID account. Hand-held inspection devices may be used by Peace Officers to digitally scan a ticket using the barcode functionality. When using the app, please be aware that carrier charges may apply for data usage. Calgary Transit is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges incurred as a result of purchasing a mobile product or downloading the My Fare app.

When using a single phone for a group, the rider possessing the phone with the activated passes will need to scan each pass at the onboard validator.
