Every shuttle has a vehicle number that you can see from the outside of the vehicle – the number is located above the door and at the rear of the shuttle. There are currently no bike racks on vehicles and bikes are not permitted in vehicles, except for folding bikes folded in a bag. You can bring luggage or grocery bags on board, but they cannot be placed on seats if other passengers require them. On a bus, you will scan the bar code on the lower screen of the onboard validator. If asked, you can show the ticket to a Calgary Transit bus driver or peace officer for visual validation. An accessible van that accommodates a wheelchair is available. There is an option to select this service when booking a ride. If we’re unable to provide a ride within 60 minutes of your requested time, you’ll be notified that we can’t provide a trip at this time.

Daily during this period, Stop #9537 (eastbound 80 Avenue @ Taradale Drive N.E.) will be temporarily closed. On Thursday, November 10 and continuing until end of service on Sunday, February 26, 2023, 12 Avenue S.E. A temporary stop will be available on southbound 8 Street S.W. From August 26 until further notice, stop #8765, located northbound 17A Street S.W. Stop #5303 located on northbound 1 Street @ 7 Avenue S.W. Starting Tuesday, October 18 through Tuesday, January 31 at the end of service, 1 Street will be closed between Avenue S.W. The online customer portal only allows you to send tickets or passes to the account you’re signed into. For example, if you sign in using your myID account, you can only send a ticket or pass to your phone. To send one to your child’s phone, you’ll need to sign into the portal using their user name and password.
As with regular public transit service, the driver does not assist you in entering or exiting the vehicle, or from door-to-door. When a ride is requested, you’ll be given a 10-minute pick-up window. If you have a smartphone with the app, you’ll be able to see where the bus is and where it is expected at the pick-up location.
